Are credits included in the platform fee?
The direct business base price separates the R1,500 monthly platform fee from usage at R0.08 per credit. The free reseller trial has a once-off 500-credit allowance.
Is R0.08 the reseller wholesale rate?
No. The prices shown are direct-client base rates. Reseller wholesale fees and credit rates are quoted separately; you set the retail rates you charge your clients.
How many questions does a credit buy?
There is no fixed conversion from credits to questions. Credits depend on actual model usage, including the prompt, retrieved context and response. Use the trial and dashboard ledger to measure representative workflows.
What happens when the trial ends?
New AI requests stop when either 14 days or 500 credits is reached. Your dashboard remains available. Agree paid terms and confirm payment before activation; there is no automatic charge.
Can I limit monthly consumption?
Client and user controls let your administrator manage usage. Agree the appropriate limits for the deployment and confirm those settings in the dashboard. The estimate above is illustrative and does not configure a cap.
What about setup and Microsoft 365 licences?
The base rate covers the SHaiRO platform fee. Microsoft 365 licensing is separate. VAT treatment, onboarding, training, additional services and the exact rollout scope are confirmed in your quote.
